We provide warehousing services in Australia, China, Sri Lanka, Russia, India, Bangladesh, Peru, UK and USA.

Warehousing services include Consolidation, Pick and Pack, FBA, FBM, Distribution, full spectre of value-added services.

the warehouse and boosting operational efficiency.

Introducing some automation here will ensure that this increase in stock doesn’t lead to a slowdown; you want to receive, verify and sort as quick as possible.

Our clients need to know exactly how much stock they have got and which items are the most in demand.We need to be able to stay a few steps ahead of this. This is when we look into automating some of our processes, where relevant. It turns out as a massive time saver, and a real stress reliever.

We recommend all our clients to start with barcodes. We barcode everything; items, boxes, bins, shelfs, pallets. Barcoding during the goods-in process means that our clients can track every item, and have an immediate view of stock levels. It’s a simple thing that puts them in control of their inventory, and ensure that their most popular items can be restocked to keep pace with consumer demand.

FULFILLMENT BY AMAZON (FBA) PREPARATION:

1) Shipment arrives at our warehouse to be stored

2) Shipment is inspected to check for any damage to produce

3) Shipping Label is placed on the selected inventory that will be shipped to an Amazon Fulfillment center. If required by Amazon an ASIN Barcode will be placed

4) The selected inventory is packed accordingly and loaded on  truck

5) Shipment is delivered to Amazon Fulfillment Center for FBA by appointment

PICK AND PACK SERVICE:

• We receive cargo
• Automated system acceptance through scanning in, process/fulfil and release orders on a daily basis
• We arrange and dispatch orders for Last Mile Delivery

Our rethinking the way that we approach returns brings cost benefits to our clients’ businesses.

Again, this is where some automation can really help out. We’ve already barcoded each product. So, after checking that the returned items are still fit for sale, all we need to do is scan them back in; with our inventory system that extends beyond basic functionalities, returns are made easy.
